He ensures the seamless delivery of capital solutions to both financial sponsors and corporates, combining deep market expertise and innovative exit pathways.
Financial Sponsor Coverage
He is a trusted advisor to private equity firms and other financial sponsors around the globe. In this role he manages high-profile sponsor relationships, offering tailored support for equity, debt, IPOs, and strategic exits.
M&A & Capital Markets Advisory
Aadeesh consistently advises on large-scale public and private M&A transactions. While sector-agnostic, he has a strong focus on Industrials and Services, supporting both listed corporations and sponsor-led transactions.
