The acquisition was financed through a capital increase, accepted by all shareholders, including EMH and HV Holtzbrinck Ventures Fund V. BISSEL + PARTNER Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB led by Michael Grüner and Matthias Benedikt advised Küchen Quelle Beteiligungs GmbH and other sellers on the deal. Kiveda Holding GmbH and its 100% subsidiary, Kiveda Deutschland GmbH plan and manufacture household kitchens jointly with renowned brand manufacturers and sell these via online and direct distribution channels in Germany. They also provide Internet services for kitchens. The deal allows Kiveda Holding GmbH to benefit from Küchen Quelle GmbH’s 36 year experience in the kitchen industry as well as its five megastores in major German cities and team of 100 kitchen consultants.
