Awarded for their involvement in the following transactions: Direct Energie Acquires Quadran TRANSACTION REPORT Direct Energie, on 31 October 2017, completed the acquisition of Quadran, an independent leader in green power generation in France. The group, is one of the top providers in France for the supply of energy, strengthening its existing production capacity with the integration of onshore wind assets, solar, hydro and biogas in mainland France and in overseas territories. This acquisition is part of Direct Energie’s vertical integration strategy and reinforces the presence of the new group on production activities. By choosing renewable energies, the group is building a global player with a diversified production mix that is balanced and in line with the energy transition. With nearly 200 employees throughout the country, Quadran is an integrated player with recognised know-how, from design to the operation of green electricity generation assets. The installed base at the end of 2016 totalled more than 360 gross MW and should be increased to around 800 MW by the end of 2018. Since 1 January 2017, more than 150 MW have already been connected.
