This operation was part, for Hypromat, of a core business refocus movement that took place also in other European countries. Hypromat is the Company in France that invented high pressure car wash. The Gaslini&Rodi Team who advised Hypromat on the transaction and assisted it during the negotiations was led by Maximilien Gaslini, Partner, with the assistance of Angelica Bonazzi and Laura Regazzoni, Senior Associates.
