ABOUT PIERANTONIO LUCERI Awarded for his involvement in the following transactions: Kora Investments’ Acquisition of 44% of Rifle Group E.ON, has Acquired Majority of the Share Capital in Casa delle Nuove Energie TRANSACTIONS Laward – Avvocati Associati assisted Kora Investments SA, a private Swiss holding company, in a complex investment transaction in the Rifle Group, which produces and markets clothing items with the historic denim brand “Rifle” in Italy and European Countries. The transaction saw Kora Investments’ risk and debt capital injection, so that the investor acquired a stake of about 44% of the Rifle Group after its reorganization. The financial resources will be used primarily to relaunch the product, the image and the brand Rifle, with a particular focus on foreign markets and the web. The business guide was entrusted to Dr. Franco Marianelli, former CEO of Guess Italia. The Laward team that advised Kora Investments SA on the transaction was led by the founding partner Pierantonio Luceri. Laward – Avvocati Associati assisted minority shareholders and managers of the company Casa Delle Nuove Energie S.p.A. with regards to the sale, from BKW Italia S.p.A. to E.On Energia S.p.A., of the majority shareholding in such company. Casa Delle Nuove Energie S.p.A. is a company operating in the field of energy saving and renewable energies.
