(ATEC), the holding company for the baseload coal-fired power plant located in the province of Mindanao and a subsidiary of ACR. The acquisition of GBP, an associate of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), of 50% of ATEC signals the entry of the company in the Mindanao power market. Regina has also led a team of lawyers acting as counsel to Universal Robina Corporation (URC), one of the largest food and beverage companies in the Philippines, in relation to URC’s aggressive expansion and acquisition of snack brands. In 1997, Regina, together with David Puyat and Roy Santos, established PJS Law.
