Specialising in connecting businesses with global investors and partners, and creating innovative deal structures designed to match stakeholders’ objectives, Alistair leads SI Partners consultancy and M&A advisory practice in Asia-Pacific.

Alistair advises creative and technology businesses on growth and commercial improvement, advising clients on a local, regional and global basis. Our Asia-Pacific clients span the entire region, from Beijing to Shanghai, Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Sydney.

Prior to co-founding SI Partners, Alistair built and sold companies in the digital, direct selling and manufacturing sectors. This entrepreneurship followed General Management roles for Inchcape Plc in the Middle East and Asia.

A chemist by training, Alistair also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, conducted in part at Università Bocconi in Milan.
